Short & Sassy Dress - Blue

This style is a little different than what we have normally carried before but it was so cute and affordable we couldn’t pass it up. This mini dress has a stretchy fabric, and ruching with a tulip hem. Dress fits TTS but you can size up for a more relaxed fit. ETA week of 3/29.
