SHIPPING & RETURNS

Here is some important info!

1} Payment
I use paypal invoicing when you shop the website, our live sales or the Facebook group. 

2} Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges ONLY!
I will gladly exchange anything that doesn’t work for you within 3 days of delivery or pickup notification with tags on and unworn/unwashed items. This applies to porch pickup. You have 3 days to notify me if an item doesn't work. If you fail to pickup your item then the ability to exchange is forfeited. Exchange credit must be used in 60 days or it is forfeited. If an item is clearanced or marked down you should automatically assume it's final sale.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES. ALL HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
 If items were shipped, you will be responsible for shipping the items back at your expense and we’ll find you something else that works. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.
If an item is marked down for a sale or clearance, the items cannot be exchanged or returned, it is a final sale. 

3} Shipping
 I ship items as they are paid, daily. In some circumstances your item may have shipping delays due to unforeseen family commitments. Delays in shipping will also result if the invoice is not paid in a timely manner. 
Shipping is charged based upon weight. I try not to up charge my customers on shipping. 

4} Please make sure your PayPal address is updated.
If your PayPal address pulls an old address that's the address your items will be shipped to. Unfortunately, as much as I wish I could double check every order it just isn't feasible. Carpe Chic is not responsible for lost, undeliverable or stolen items during transit.

5} Caring for your items
Please follow the tags to care for your new items ❤️ and just to be safe, don't ever throw items in the dryer. Who want's to risk it?!

6} Reduce, Recycle, Reuse
Unfortunately the industry I am in takes its toll on the environment. It's one of my biggest hang ups in doing what I do. I try to do my part by recycling all materials, asking for combined shipping and requesting they limit excess packaging materials. 
I don't include much when it comes to cute packaging like other boutiques might. I also re use any box and envelope I get. I try to save you postage so if I can get it in a cheaper box or envelope I'm gonna do it. 
Disclaimer As much as I'd love to be perfect I'm not. My assistant and I do make mistakes. Please bring them to my attention so we can make it right. I appreciate you all so much you have no idea. XOXO!
